Defining what goes into developing great leadership and a successful company has been a professional passion for psychologist Dr. Michael Henry of the Michigan-based ReVisionGroup for nine years.
A practicing psychologist with over 30 years experience in clinical and organizational consulting, Dr. Henry specializes in helping companies develop quality-based group dynamics, assessment, team facilitation, executive coaching and corporate succession planning.
Dr. Henry has studied the style and personal skill sets of exceptional leaders of successful companies that have flourished during economic hard times and has found that successful leader set a positive corporate climate for the company and share their vision and power by developing a strong top-down organization of dedicated, self-directed staff.

A special interest is what he call “The Corporate Story,” tales of success and failures that are passed around organizations by staff that quietly (or sometimes not so quietly) define public perception of the company in spite of intensive and expensive marketing campaigns. Dr. Henry does one-on-one coaching with executives, leaders and key staff on how to listen for, understand and influence these stories for positive change and results. It’s a process he calls, “listening with the third ear.”
