Testimonials

Gotta testify? Our clients do too.

"...new way for them to learn..."

Drop Cap Letter: ReVisionGroup had a powerful impact on our employees in this customer service process.  The energy was electric when people would walk out of this session.  I had the opportunity to talk to several of our employees and every one talked about what a unique and new way for them to learn about basically, a very simple process.

One of the unique things about the structure that ReVisionGroup set up for us was that we had multiple divisions of the organization training at the same time.  We would have physicians sitting next to dietary workers or maintenance men and the wonderful thing about that was that these people, one, got to meet people they typically don’t get to work with, which was a powerful event in itself.  And, more importantly, these people realized that customer service is everybody’s responsibility in the organization.  That really came out in these training sessions and that was a very powerful impact on our staff.

I think we’re just seeing the beginning of a huge change with our 1,000 employees and the impact that it’s going to have – a really positive impact!

"They could laugh with it..."

Drop Cap Letter: I remember thinking it was really important that we do a specific customer service video with our own employees and our own issues.

I thought it was really important that our employees would relate to those issues and see the same kinds of problems that they encounter every day on the video.  They could laugh with it, they could understand it, agree with it and it would be more meaningful to them.

I think using videos is a really powerful way of reaching people and getting them to think about issues and concerns in a way that they haven’t thought of before.

"...it’s a lot of fun."

Drop Cap Letter: The key was to be able to integrate our customer service program into the culture, which has been a most successful approach, rather than use a canned program.

We elected to go with the customized video primarily because we’ve seen that to be more effective.  We have seen the benefits of what that means to the success of the initiative with our employees.

It is worth the cost because…it really enhances the key components of what we’re trying to get across with the initiative and it’s a lot of fun.
